a) Let's look at the Spirit in Isaiah mentioned in the Bible.

1. The Spirit of the Lord brings wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and the fear of the Lord

@1. 2 The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. (Isaiah 11:2 NKJV)

2. The Spirit of the Lord brings abundance

@1. 15 Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, And the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,  And the fruitful field is counted as a forest. (Isaiah 32:15 NKJV)

3. The Spirit of the Lord carries out God's word

@1. 16 “Search from the book of the Lord, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them. (Isaiah 34:16 NKJV)

4. The Spirit of the Lord is the Master Counselor

@1. 13 Who has directed the Spirit of the Lord, Or as His counselor has taught Him? (Isaiah 40:13 NKJV)

5. The Messiah, God's Servant, will be given the Spirit

@1. “Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles. (Isaiah 42:1 NKJV)

6. Through the Spirit, God's true children will thrive

@1. 3 For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring; 4 They will spring up among the grass Like willows by the watercourses.’ 5 One will say, ‘I am the Lord’s’; Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand, ‘The Lord’s,’ And name himself by the name of Israel. (Isaiah 44:3-5 NKJV)

7. The Spirit of the Lord sent Isaiah to prophesy

@1. 16 “Come near to Me, hear this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; From the time that it was, I was there. And now the Lord God and His Spirit Have sent Me.” (Isaiah 48:16 NKJV)

8. God's servants (Isaiah and then Jesus) were anointed by the Spirit to proclaim the Good News

@1. “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me, To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound. (Isaiah 61:1 NKJV)

9. The Spirit of the Lord was grieved because of God's people

@1. 10 But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; So He turned Himself against them as an enemy, And He fought against them. 11 Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying: “Where is He who brought them up out of the sea, With the shepherd of His flock? Where is He who put His Holy Spirit within them. (Isaiah 63:10-11 KJV)

10. The Spirit of the Lord gives rest

@1. 14 As a beast goes down into the valley, And the Spirit of the Lord causes him to rest, So You lead Your people, To make Yourself a glorious name. (Isaiah 63:14 NKJV)
