PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PSALMS (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 1:1 King James Version (KJV)

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Lord God, thank You for Your promise, that You bless those who do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly.

Lord God, thank You for Your promise, that You bless those who do not take the path of sinners.

Lord God, thank You for Your promise, that You bless those who do not sit in the seat of scorners.

Lord God, cause me to not embrace ungodly counsel.

Lord God, cause me to not entangle myself with those who love sin.

Lord God, cause me to not join company with those who set their mouths against You.

b) Psalm 1:2 King James Version (KJV)

But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You bless those who delight in Your law, and meditate on it day and night.

Lord God, cause me to delight in your law.

Lord God, cause me to meditate on Your law day and night.
