PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PSALMS (2)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 1:3 King James Version (KJV)

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that those who do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, who do not take the path of sinners, who do not sit in the seat of scorners, but who delight in Your law, and meditate on it day and night, will be like a tree planted by rivers of water. They will produce Your fruit in the proper season, and whatever they do will prosper.

Lord God, cause me to be like a tree planted by rivers of water, producing Your fruit in the proper season.

Lord God, cause those things in my life that produce your fruit, to prosper.

b) Psalm 1:4 King James Version (KJV)

The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the ungodly are like chaff that the wind blows away.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the ungodly's fruit is like a withered plant that blows away in the wind.

Lord God, cause me to not be ungodly.
