a) Stress can be debilitating in your Christian walk, but the Lord has a lot to say about it, and there are many Scriptures references that deal with the subject of stress. 

James 1:2-4

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds,  because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.  Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Romans 12:2

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.

John 14:27
