1. Jesus' Characteristics: Unchanging (Immutable)

a) Jesus Christ is unchanging (immutable)

1 (Hebrews 1:8-12) 
“But unto the Son he saith…Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.”

(Hebrews 13:8) 
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” 

(Matthew 18:20) 
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

2 (Romans 8:10) 
“And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness…. [H]e that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
