THANKSGIVING: FOR POWERFUL THANKS

1. Thanksgiving

a) Thanksgiving Day is a time to reflect and be thankful for all that God has given us. There are many great Bible verses for Thanksgiving to reflect on.

b) Let us not only be thankful one day a year but celebrate the greatness of our God with thanks everyday!  

Hebrews 12:28-29 

Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; for our God is a consuming fire.

2. For Powerful Thanks  

a) Exalt God for who He is. God has so many amazing attributes that we should focus on Glorifying Him for these.
