THE GOD OF TRUTH (24)

1. The God of Truth
a) Truth is not truth unless it meets God’s definition of truth. Truth can not be relative unless it is relative to the God of Truth, anything less is deception. Truth is a person.
b) Jesus says,
(John 14:6 NASB)
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
2. Other Scriptures
(1 Timothy 2:3-7)
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, {4} who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. {5} For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, {6} who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, {7} for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle; I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying; a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
(2 Timothy 2:15)
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
(2 Timothy 2:24-26)
And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, {25} in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, {26} and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
