PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PSALMS (129)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 24:5-6 King James Version (KJV)

He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we are able to receive a blessing from You.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to be the God of our salvation.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we are able to receive righteousness from You, if You are the God of our salvation.

Lord God, cause me to seek You, seek Your face, and to find You.

Lord God, cause me to receive the blessing from You.

Lord God, be the God of my salvation, and cause me to receive my righteousness from You.

b) Psalm 24:7 King James Version (KJV)

Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for the gates to be lifted.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for the everlasting doors to be lifted.

Lord God, cause the gates to be lifted, and the ancient doors to rise.

Lord God, cause me to lift my head, and watch for You, the King of Glory to enter.
