a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Psalm 24:10 New King James Version (NKJV) 

10 Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
He is the King of glory. Selah

Lord God, thank You for Your question, "Who is this King of glory?"


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are the LORD of hosts.

b) Psalm 25:1 New King James Version (NKJV)  

25 To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good that we make you LORD.


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good to lift our souls up to You.

Lord God, cause me to make You, LORD.


Lord God, cause me to lift my soul up to You.
