1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 28:8 King James Version (KJV) 

The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are the strength of those who are Yours.


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are the saving strength of Your anointed.

Lord God, cause me to be Yours.


Lord God, be my strength.

Lord God, be the fortress of my salvation.

b) Psalm 28:9 King James Version (KJV) 

Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will save Your people.


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will bless Your inheritance.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will feed Your people.


Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You will lift up Your people forever.

Lord God, cause me to be one of Your people.


Lord God, cause me to be Your possession.

Lord God, be my shepherd.


Lord God, carry me forever.
